Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it.
For In-Store purchases: Please visit our location in Cresskill, NJ to return or exchange your purchase.
For online purchases: Please use our LV AfterShip Returns Center to begin the return process. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and will not be refunded or credited.
Return using your chosen method. Allow 8 business days for your shipment to make it back to our office and a further 3-5 business days for your refund to be seen in your account. Don't forget to hold onto your return tracking number for any issues of your return package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in your return package.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Layne Vargas LLC has the ability to refuse refunds if the order returned is either of the below:
1. Damaged and or stained
2. Any evidence that the item was worn
We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied since you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This goes for any item that is discounted 30% or more from its original price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
